BAHIA DE LAGARTOS 1400 acre master plan is already underway and will include: an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel site for an international “boutique” hotel and spa; a commercial center with several locations for beachfront restaurants, bars and retail shops; an open air yoga center and spa; equestrian facilities with miles of nature trails perfectly suited for horseback riding, mountain biking, or walking (monkeys, exotic birds as well as other local wild life are commonly seen along these trails); community facilities which will include; a clubhouse with lounge-pool, Olympic gym including a 25 meter lap-pool, and tennis courts.

The BAHIA DE LAGARTO master plans are being developed by Southern California based Burton Studio (www.burton-studio.com), whose attributes include projects such as Pelican Hill development in Newport Beach, the Rancho Valencia resort in Rancho Santa Fe, and the Four Seasons resort in Dubai as well as dozens of other world-renown projects.
